Zopa arrives in Canary Wharf

Creating a brand moment in London's financial district

July 2026

When Zopa relocated its headquarters to Canary Wharf, we saw an opportunity to do more than announce a new office.

Instead of a standard "We've Moved" campaign, we created a series of playful, location-specific posters that welcomed Zopa to the neighbourhood while introducing the brand to thousands of commuters and local workers.

By tapping into familiar moment – from borrowing sugar from your neighbours to searching for a decent coffee – we turned a practical office move into a campaign people wanted to stop and read.

The work appeared across premium out-of-home sites around Canary Wharf, helping build awareness of Zopa in the heart of the UK's financial district.

This time, the objective wasn't direct response. It was simply to make Zopa feel like it belonged in its new home. By using location-specific humour rather than product messaging, the campaign created familiarity and gave people a reason to notice the brand.
